Who We Are

James Windsor is a Veteran of the United States Air Force with over 29 years of experience working in power generation. Of this time, over 20 years has been dedicated to installing, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and managing PV systems. He has served as Lead Commissioner for the startup of over 400 megawatts of PV systems and has managed over 125 renewable energy sites throughout North America. James oversees all tasks related to Field Operations.

Eva Windsor spent 28 years as a dependent daughter and spouse of Veterans of the United States Air Force.  Professionally, she has worked in leadership roles as an administrator, therapist and school psychologist with students of all ages and learning abilities.  She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, European Division, a Master’s in School Counseling from Chapman University (Sacramento, Ca) and a PhD in School Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. Eva is now responsible for overseeing all tasks related to day to day Business Operations.

Together, James and Eva have three children.  They founded Mountain Ridge Energy Service, LLC as a side business in 2017 as a way to contribute to the growth and productivity of the solar industry.  Today, James and Eva are proud that Mountain Ridge Energy Service, LLC is providing training and employment to other professionals interested in growing careers and seeking jobs in the renewable field. They are committed to their family, their team, their customers and their community.
